We refined the original creative vision into a fully cost-efficient, repeatable model — establishing national accounts for all finishes, fixtures, equipment, and operational needs. The result is a comprehensive design and construction package that allows any franchise across the country to build a Pause studio with clarity, consistency, and predictable budgeting.

For MOTION, we established a full interior design–driven brand identity and created a scalable franchise prototype supported by vetted national accounts for all FF&E. Beyond design, our team oversaw the entire development pipeline — from site selection and lease negotiations to bidding, construction, move-in, and operations. Over a 12-month period, we supported the successful rollout of more than 20 new studio locations nationwide, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a strong, cohesive brand experience.
